Dokuz Eylül University Hospital Policlinics are ready for your service between 08:00 - 17:00 every day of the week. Please be informed about our outpatient clinic so that you can benefit from our outpatient clinics regularly. Ask your doctor about your questions about your treatment and medical procedures with your counseling officers or policlinic secretaries about your policlinic paperwork.
Our hospital rules are designed to give you better service. If you have any problems, do not argue with the officer in charge. Please contact your Hospital Communication Center. Please follow the Hospital Rules! Help the officers who warn you.
General Rules in Policlinic Procedures
Polyclinic registration is done by secretary of each policlinic. The Social Security Institution (Pensions), SSK, BAĞ-KUR, State Officials numbered 657, beneficiaries of unemployment benefits for children under 18 years old, Gazi, military, green card and relatives to whom these institutions are obliged to look) it is processed with the official ID showing the ID number and provisioned via the medela system.
Patients are examined by the outpatient clinic in turn. At the end of the examination, you must submit your files to the relevant polyclinic secretary.
Do not take your files out of the hospital.
For the examinations and examinations required for the examiner, go to the relevant section together with the PATIENT'S GUIDANCE FORM. You can get your laboratory and pathology results from www.hastane.deu.edu.tr. Your doctor may ask you to come to the checkup after the examination. We will make an appointment for the Inspection and Inspection Inspection.
